Clovelly
Clovelly is a beautiful, picturesque fishing village with cobbled streets, steeped in maritime atmosphere and history.Originally the estate was owned by William the Conqueror, King of England, gifted to his wife and then had many royal associations until 1242 when it was first acquired by the Giffard family. Until the middle of the 19th century Clovelly was unknown to the outside world and now it’s a must-see destination.

Appledore
Appledore is a quaint fishing village at the mouth of the River Torridge, about 3 miles (5 km) north of Bideford. It is the home of Appledore Shipbuilders and Hocking's Dairy Ice Cream. (We recommend you keep a lookout for their distinctive yellow and red ice-cream vans throughout the summer season). You’ll also find pretty painted homes along narrow streets and art and craft galleries.
Abbotsham Cliffs

Hartland Abbey & Gardens
Hartland Abbey is the home of the Stucley family with treasures and memorabilia collected over many generations.
